What is If Animals Could Talk about?
It's about two ordinary girls, Elliot and Emma, who find out the animals around them can actually talk — and get pulled into a secret war between the Birds and the Mammals. Also there's a French penguin with a honey bar. It's a whole thing.
Are your books published yet?
Not yet! Book 1, The Animals' Secret, is finished, and Book 2 is being written right now. Subscribe on Substack to find out the moment they're out.
Who's your favorite character?
That's like choosing a favorite chaos gremlin! But Pierre and his "Calamari Back To Life Honey Smoothie" always make me laugh.
How did you start writing?
I started writing If Animals Could Talk in 2024 — mostly because the characters would NOT stop talking in my head. Fitting, right?
